  HH-790CH4甲烷转化炉甲烷化转化炉主要用于气相色谱分析气体样品中微量的一氧化碳、二氧化碳。如电力变压器油溶解气体分析;化肥合成氨生产中、高纯氢、高纯氮、高纯氧、高纯氦、高纯氩等气体中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳的杂质分析;还可用于空气分离产品离线检测、高纯气体厂家质量控制及其他用途等。甲烷化转化炉采用高效镍催化剂,采用氢作载气或氮作载气柱后加氢的方式,把不能被氢火焰离子化检测器检测的微量CO和CO2转化为CH4。我公司自制的催化剂具有转化效率高,加热块死体积小,温场均匀,对分析各种高纯气体中微量CO、CH4CO2具有非常高的检测灵敏度,最小小检测浓度≤0.1ppm。
